On the evening of December 1st, the winners of the Best Design Award, the most prestigious accolade of the Golden Pin Design Award and Concept Design Award, were revealed during the award ceremony. Taiwan’s 3D Vein Viewer Locator, Lithuania’s Electric Guitar, Thailand’s NANA Coffee Roasters Bangna, Japan’s Social Design Project Shibuya Font Among the Winners

Helmed by the rising exhibition curator Atelier SUPERB, this year’s exhibition, titled Multidimensional Hyperplasia, promises an immersive spatial experience featuring more than a hundred award-winning works. The exhibition will run until March 17, 2024 at the Taiwan Design Museum.

These exceptional design works, hailing from Taiwan, China, Macau, Hong Kong, Japan, Lithuania, the United States, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, will compete for the highest honors at the award ceremony scheduled for December 1st at the Taipei Performing Arts Center. The prestigious winners will be officially revealed during the event.

The Golden Pin Design Award Ceremony, a grand event in the design circle, was held in the evening of December 2nd. The winners of the highest honors the Best Design were revealed at the ceremony. Winning designs include HP Video Conferencing Solution, Paper Razor™, and Dog / Human House etc.

This year’s exhibition features hundreds of entries that were selected as winners of this year’s Golden Pin Design Award under the theme of “Thumb-Stopping Creative”, which is spontaneously designed with visual effects by Serendipity Studio, to showcase an exciting integration of diverse creativity in a richly futuristic exhibition space.

Today, the organizer announces a total of 126 finalists from designers in 10 countries or regions. The finalists from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, U.S., India, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and Germany are all now in the running to win Best Design at the award ceremony in Taipei on December 2nd!

Today, the 2022 Golden Pin Concept Design Award (GPCDA) announces the list of Design Mark winners as well as the candidates for the Final Selection! Which three submissions will take home the NT$400,000 grand prize? Stay tuned to find out!

The Golden Pin Design Award Ceremony has been held on December 4th in Taipei. The winners of the highest honors have been revealed at the ceremony.

To encourage talented designers to exercise their creativity, the GPCDA collaborated with Farglory Foundation to establish the 2021 Special Annual Award – Farglory Award to celebrate works of innovative concepts in the general architecture field. Taiwanese designer Han-Yu Lai’s Stormwater Membrane System was granted this honor!

This year’s exhibition features the nearly 200 entries that were selected as winners of this year’s Golden Pin Design Award and Golden Pin Concept Award under the theme of “UPLOAD”, and also integrates immersive exhibition space and interactive experience to encourage audiences to share and exchange their design imaginations.
